Warranty and Returns

Nimble Sports offers a free 1 year warranty for all damaged or defective parts. If you no longer want to keep your purchase, you can return the equipment. We will accept product returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt of purchase.

Product Returns

All order refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee reserved from your final refund. We do not refund shipping costs from the buyer for returns. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning equipment.

Email us at sales@nimblesports.com to receive your RA number.

Ship the product back to Nimble Sports at 2227 Spikes Lane, Lansing MI 48906.

Nimble Sports accepts product returns through FedEx and UPS.

Once the returns are received at Nimble Sports, give 1-10 days for evaluation.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If your order was damaged, or came to you defective, email photos of the damaged/defective product to sales@nimblesports.com. Nimble Sports will assess the images and determine the extent of damage.

We will contact you about scheduling a free FedEx pick-up for your damaged equipment. As soon as FedEx picks up the damaged equipment (usually the next business day), we will send out a new product replacement.

Stolen Packages

Nimble Sports is not responsible for stolen packages, and will not refund the purchase price of stolen equipment. If your package is stolen, contact your local police department and file a police report for the stolen items. If your package shows delivered on the FedEx website, but you did not receive your item, contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen items. Contact us if you need help.
