Returns

ALL Nimble Sports equipment has a 1 year warranty for any damage replacements or defective parts.
Nimble Sports accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt of purchase.

If you want to Return your equipment

ALL Nimble Sports Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee reserved from your final refund.
Nimble Sports does not refund on shipping costs to or from the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Email sales@nimblesports.com to receive a generated RA # (Return Authorization Number).
Ship the equipment back to Nimble Sports.
Nimble Sports accepts equipment returns through FedEx and UPS only.

Once return items are received at Nimble Sports, give 1-10 days for manufacturing assessments.

If your equipment was Damaged or is Defective

Send an email with photos of the product to sales@nimblesports.com.
Nimble Sports will assess the images and determine the extent of damage.
Nimble Sports will communicate with you about scheduling a pick-up for your damaged equipment. As soon as FedEx picks up the damaged equipment from you (usually the next day), we will send out the replacement.

If your equipment was Stolen

Nimble Sports is not responsible for stolen packages, and will not refund the purchase price of stolen equipment. If your packages were stolen, contact your local police department and file a police report for the stolen items. If your packages show "delivered" on the FedEx website, but you did not receive them, contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen items.
