Many customers ask about our shipping times, rates and specs on our gymnastics equipment! Here’s a short post on some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we hear from you!

Frequently Asked Questions

My child is x years old. Is this right for them?

The equipment is based of their ability/weight. For example: One 8 year old might be lighter and less advanced than a 6 year old. Please see weight limits in regarding if your gymnast is a good fit for our gymnastics equipment.

What is the weight limit on your gymnastics equipment?

The weight limit for our horizontal bars is less 100lbs. The weight limit for the balance beam is 150lbs.

To what level of gymnastics do your products cater to?

Our gymnastics equipment is for junior gymnasts ranging from level 1 to level 4. This is based off the new gymnastics levels.

I’m trying to change the colors and I’m having difficulty.

The color selection is a new feature here at Nimble Sports. For optimal choosing power, start with the top selection and work your way down.

How heavy are your items?

Horizontal bars are 50lbs. Balance beams without braces are 30lbs. Gymnastics mats are 20lbs.

Can I use these items outside?

Our gymnastics equipment is intended for indoor use as they aren’t protected against severe weather.

If I purchase a low balance beam, can I add beam braces at a later date?

Yes. All of our non-folding beams can have braces added to them later on.

When will I receive my item?

We ship out of Michigan, you should receive your order in around 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, during the checkout process you will have the opportunity to ship to another address.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico?

Yes, you will need to contact us in regards to shipping items to these locations.

Can I ship to another country other than Canada or the United States?

Yes, please contact us in regards to pricing.
FedEx Trade Networks Transport and Brokerage (Canada) Inc. will act as the Canadian Customs Broker with the Canada Border Services Agency for shipments to Canada. Duties, taxes, clearance, ancillary and advancement fees will be invoiced to the Canadian recipient.

Can I call and pick up my order instead?

Absolutely!

This is a gift. Will the package come unmarked?

The boxes do not show a logo and are unmarked. Although the shipping label will say “Nimble Sports.” So hopefully your little one doesn’t Google us and spoil the surprise.

How difficult is it to set up my equipment?

Not hard at all!
A balance beam needs a power drill or a phillips screwdriver.
Horizontal bars will need 2 & 9/16th wrenches and a phillips screwdriver.
Gymnastics mats require no assembly.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment date. Nimble Sports does not refund shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping the equipment back. A restocking fee may be applied on all returned items. If item is damaged in shipping contact us and we will replace and pick up the damged item.

What should I do if my packages are stolen?

Nimble Sports is not responsible for stolen packages, and will not refund the purchase price of stolen equipment. If your packages were stolen, contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen items. If your packages show delivered on the FedEx website, but you did not receive them, contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen items.
